Review on SheaMoisture Shea Butter Shampoo Conditioner by Ashley Romero

I've just started using this set and only use a few shampoos but the results are already positive. A few years ago, I went down the no-poo route because I was fed up with the buildup of chemicals that shampoos and conditioners can cause, but I ended up using them again because I was missing how my hair smelled good (vs to). I've been looking for a gentler washing method, but pretty much everything I've tried so far has had the worst possible effect and dried out my hair. I'd rather it be unwieldy soft (absolutely a thing) than feel like straw. This SheaMoisture set was not like that at all. Firstly, I love the smell of the shampoo. Some shea products can be overly nutty, but this one has an amazing smell. The air conditioning doesn't smell that good, but it doesn't mask other pleasant smells either. My hair is soft, flowy and looks better than before without any styling products. I've been using natural henna for a reddish effect for over a year, have outgrown almost all chemical dyes and bleaches previously applied, and try to only use thermal products once a week and on special occasions. I only mention this because I think that when choosing a new shampoo, especially a natural one, it's important to consider the previous condition of your hair. I would recommend this product as it is by far the best mild shampoo and conditioner I have come across, it smells great and I really don't need too much product for my long and thick hair. Bonus points for that.
