Ribbon does not match printers and accessories

Purchased in October 2020. Used one cartridge and everything was fine. I just replaced the cartridge and the ribbon will not feed. I tried 2 more cartridges and the same. Apparently the teeth on the cartridge are not working, so the ribbon is not feeding. Pity! I have 10 rounds left.
