Second half of the equation

I use this without the shotgun as recommended on the VPX website. The two together have become a really good team. I've made the most progress in the past few months at the gym. Reached my max bench press goal of 315 on the squat without passing out. I know there are many factors in the fitness success equation (daily routine, diet, the rest, blah blah blah), but this combination definitely made a difference. I think one problem with Synthesize was that if I drank right after Synthesize Protein it would upset my stomach (and everything under it too). This was not the case before. However, if I waited an hour, Prot would sink and lie there.
