Success! The phantom flush was driving me insane, but between the upcoming holidays and self-isolation orders, I wasn't sure how I was going to handle a hardware store, plumber, or handyman. Revan to the rescue! Pulled out the old plate and put in a new one. Even 5 minutes of my time! And enjoy the "Silent Night" without this phantom flush. 😂 Based on the packaging, I doubt it's an OEM product. Looks like from the hardware store. But the price is right and it works, that's what matters. For those wondering: Made in Mexico - the one I replaced was made in Taiwan.
