My experience with Ducky, despite the company's assertions that its products are of the highest quality and that it provides exceptional customer support, has not been particularly impressive. Their products may have a fashionable appearance, but they haven't been very durable over the years. After only a few months of use, my keyboard began to have problems, and when I contacted customer support for assistance, I received a response that was less than helpful. They appeared to be more preoccupied with making excuses as opposed to actually finding a solution to the problem. In general, I'm dissatisfied with the quality of Ducky's products and the support they provide their customers. There are other tech companies on the market that are significantly more dependable and accommodating to customers' needs.
