It took me four months to go from regular pierced ears to size 0 and they have worked very well. It took so long because I had about 3 piercings but mostly I used them and got what I wanted and now I can go to a tattoo/piercing shop and buy real gauges with diamonds, gold and all. professionally available. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stretch their ears, but make sure you study carefully how long you should go before going up in size and listen to your ears. You shouldn't be sick for more than a day when you increase in size, and you shouldn't force your ears to constantly stretch for short periods of time.
