As I live in northern Wisconsin, heavy mittens are a must for winter ATV'ing and other cold weather activities. The mitts are warm without being balky. My only complaint, other than recieving the wrong color, is the inner lining. After a couple days of riding, the lining got stretched out and starts to bunch up in the fingers and makes it hard to squeeze the brake lever. And if your hands are sweaty or wet from snow, the liner gets stuck to your hand and than gets pulled inside out. It takes up to 20 mins to stuff, straighten and align the fingers. It gets subzero on the reg here. I can't be fighting my mitt.
