This is what I got from my physical therapist many years ago to help with my tendonitis, mine was falling apart and I needed a replacement. I only use it when I feel like it and it works well for pain and inflammation. It is adjustable, flexible and washable. It also makes it easier to work with. It sits low enough on my arm so it's not bulky and I can wash my hands without taking it off.
