I love the look of the fans. The hub is comfortable and a great idea. The only thing that bothers me about this set of fans is that the hub has a 15-pin SATA connector. Most modern motherboards have switched to SATA 3 connectors. In the end, I settled on a ROG Strix B550-F gaming motherboard with four SATA 3 connectors but no 15-pin connector. This left me and others, I think, with a few options. *Get a SATA 3-pin to SATA 15-pin adapter to disconnect from the motherboard. (Found ONE option on ebay that ships from Shanghai and will wait a few months for delivery) * Find a PCIe card with a 15 pin connector. (Didn't find it, and it might be an obstacle for some builds that need these card slots) * Get an adapter to go from my EVGA modular power supply to a 15-pin SATA socket, which is what I'm referring to Controller can connect directly. (Found this on Amazon with great shipping and went this route) Hope this review helps someone with their build.
