These turned out to be perfect for my 9 month old grandson! He is learning to pull up and stand and walk holding on to stuff. With our vinyl plank floors it was just to slippery for him to be safe in socks and with fall here he had to have socks to keep his little feet warm! This was our perfect solution and it has been great! His feet stay warm and there is no slipping and sliding around! One warning! They do shrink a bit in the dryer. They didnt shrink so much that he couldnt wear them but I did get the 12 month size and he is only 9 months old so I would recommend ordering a size up for most.
