The best I've bought! Costs money!
Tested by 7 cooling pads. I can say with confidence that this is the best I have ever had! Yes, it's a little pricey, a little noisy at full power, and bulky, but it's worth it. I have a 17-inch workstation that is under full load most of the time when rendering 3D images, which reduced the temperature by 7 degrees on the highest settings while my laptop's fans were running at full speed. The rest of the thin ones with 5 fans helped a maximum of 2 degrees.
