*Update*. The company replied to my email the same day to confirm that a replacement collar had been sent. Customer service was very prompt and very helpful in taking care of the situation. I wish other retailers have such an attentive attitude towards customers. Well done Pet Control HQ! *Original review* This is a great system for the price but the caller stopped working after 5 months. I have emailed support and am waiting for their response. It should be under warranty, so hopefully the company will exchange it without a problem. I will update this review once I get an answer on how they intend to resolve this warranty issue. Otherwise it's a great system and our dog has learned which areas to avoid even without a caller. But we should wear a collar once or twice a week to keep reminding him of our boundaries. This calling system works exactly as it should. But the battery is our only problem at the moment.
