At first I wasn't satisfied with my purchase. The range was terrible (no more than 4ft from my PS4) and the sound was good but nothing special. My advice to everyone: download the Logitech software onto your PC/Mac and connect these pups. Not only did the firmware update completely solve my connection problem, but it completely changed the way I play video games and almost preferred listening to movies with a headset. The surround sound while playing GoW gave me goosebumps. I've seen some negative reviews, even issues after a firmware update. What can happen, but I think people don't know how to go back to the previous firmware. If you were nervous at the idea of buying this headset, don't fret. This headset was worth every penny!
