As an emergency doctor/ambulance nurse, I find the combination of pen and flashlight very practical. They're not just useful for neurocontrol! The light is bright and you can examine your patient at night without turning on the overhead light. I bought so many because I end up giving them to other nurses and doctors because they love them too! Highly recommended! The ink lasts a long time too, and you get ink refills. I know that most diagrams are created on the computer, but some of us still have to do the diagrams on paper.
