This is an AMAZING comforter. My husband bought it for me because I struggle with anxiety, especially at night. It helps me sleep so well. It not only helps my anxiety but also my restless leg and skating. I sleep a lot better when I use it. I've tried other anti-anxiety medications (essential oils, supplements, etc.) and none of them made a difference. However, this was of great importance. I don't know how I lived without her for so long. I highly recommend. The only drawback is the length. I'm 5ft 6" and my legs stick out sometimes. I have £15 so if you are taller I would take £20 I also like the soft outer shell with mink fabric. , but sometimes I get hot, I wear it instead of a blanket.
