My nearly 13 year old daughter has High Functioning Autism. I was given melatonin to help her sleep. I did a little research and found that a weighted blanket might help her. This blanket is SUPER! She had it for two nights. No meletonin and no sleep problems. The outer shell is so soft and the blanket does a great job on her. If I could give those 100 stars I would. Worth every penny!

This is a great duvet, super soft, nice size! I bought it a year or two ago (different brand) and it's not as soft and big as this one. And it was more expensive. You can take this blanket to lay on the couch or in the car, it's so flexible. I was a little wary of the removable lid at first, but now that I have it I'm very happy with it.
