As a fashion expert, I had high expectations for Imesrun, but regrettably, I was let down by their online store. Although they provide a large selection of women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry, the quality of the products I received was poor. The clothing had irregular sizing and was badly manufactured. The shoes seemed cheaply manufactured and uncomfortable, with a clear lack of attention to detail. Online, the jewelry was stunning, but when worn in person, it was obvious that the materials were of poor quality. The website itself was challenging to use, with sluggish loading speeds and muddled options. I also had problems with the checkout procedure, and my transaction was repeatedly canceled as a result of payment mistakes that were not my responsibility. Additionally, the customer service suffered from poor response times and unskilled staff. When my order was finally delivered, it was evident that the package had not been handled carefully because some of the items were harmed. Overall, Imesrun let me down, and I am unable to endorse their online store to other fashion enthusiasts. Although they offer a large range, the products' quality is subpar, their website is challenging to use, and their customer service is subpar.
