Review on ⚙️ Einhell TE AG 18 115 Li: Powerful and Portable Cordless Angle Grinder for Maximum Efficiency by Tommy Willis

The packaging says this Einhell TE-AG 18/115 angle grinder weighs 2.6lbs. The instructions in the box say it weighs 4 pounds. With the guard, added handle, and blade (but without the battery), it actually weighs 3,875 pounds. Weighs 5,285 lbs with battery installed. Weight without battery 2.6 lbs. Weight with 3Ah battery 5,285 lbs. 4.5" rim/wheel, max 8500rpm Charger is not included but you can purchase an Einhell starter kit which includes a battery and charger. I don't think it's a brushless motor Therefore, this model is significantly cheaper (but also heavier/bigger) than the Einhell Axxio cordless angle grinder.The main handle circumference is 7 3/4", which is big for my hand. It's too big to be comfortable with for long periods of time and I have big hands (I wear big men's gloves).The 90 degree handle can be screwed on either side for left/right hand use as well as centered on the back which was nice.Note: Please read the information about batteries in the owner's manual Lots of useful information I didn't know about batteries and battery life/charging (e.g. charging temperature, frequency, etc.) As expensive as lithium batteries are, it's important to extend their life. Practical features: - Key for changing the wheel magazines in the handle at a 90 degree angle. - The quick-release protective cover can be easily rotated for maximum protection. - After 10 minutes of non-use, the grinder goes into standby mode. This saves the battery. Note. The battery balances the weight (compared to my Harbor Freight Corded Drill Master), so that's another nice Einhell feature. Like other Einhell products I own, this unit has metal in all the right places to ensure durability. but has durable plastic in all the right places to minimize weight. It appears to be very well made. The rubber on the handles is very nice and spongy enough to give a good grip but still durable enough to last a very long time. Something between plastic and rubber. I've never seen anything like this on anything other than Einhell instruments. I love the freedom of a cordless tool. I'm giving 4.5 stars because the handle has such a large circumference, rounding up to 5. For the price this is a good grinder. I should mention that the handle on my Harbor Freight Drill Master angle grinder measures 7 7/8 inches (even more) in circumference. I think it's difficult to fit the gears and motor into a smaller space (which is why I love my Axxio - because it does.) As a parent of children with autism, concerns are close to my heart.
