I have several ailments. First, none of the ingredients are organic. Second, $2 per serving seems high (especially for non-organic ingredients). Thirdly, it does not dissolve completely, there is a lot of sediment at the bottom. Fourth, too much B6 (1.176%). My doctor recently checked my vitamin levels and my B6 levels were 10 times the maximum range and I don't even take this vitamin! But such products get into things. I've even found it in my soy milk and morning cereal. And this isn't a vitamin that people usually lack, it's chosen because it's cheap in bulk, and for some reason people fall in love with products marketed as "fortified" (not thinking how cheap, synthetic or that particular vitamin is unnecessary). Maybe). That's why I want you and others to stop megadosing. Also, I like it very much. Almost every day I drink some kind of mixed drink - vitamin drink, electrolyte drink, protein drink etc. And as far as taste goes, this is by far the top of the list. Of the 3 flavors I tried (pineapple, orange guava and mango), mango was my personal favourite. Orange guava is the thickest, most complex, and most similar to real juice. The pineapple was lighter, sweeter and waterier. I find the mango flavor quite authentic, not too sweet, not too heavy. But I like all three. I also like the largely natural approach. I don't like the sweetener maltodextrin - often made from corn, sometimes causes upset stomach. But here it is in a very low dose. Other sweeteners include rebaudioside A (a type of stevia) and monk fruit. I wish it had more magnesium which is a great supplement for relaxation and sleep and most people are magnesium deficient and don't know it. But the 10% it contains is next to nothing when you consider that the body only absorbs 30-40% of the magnesium ingested, so is actually only providing 3-4% of your recommended daily intake. I add some magnesium drink mix. I find other ingredients (chamomile, tryptophan, etc.) helpful. I only take at night because those things can make you drowsy. If you're taking during the day for a calming effect, you can always take half the dose and mix it with something else or in a smoothie. Because of the megadose of B6, I tend to take half the dose anyway. But I'll add that a high B6 is good for migraines, although I'm really not in favor of taking that much on a regular basis. I drop 2 stars for imperfections, but I put 3.5 stars.
