That they are reset manually and not automatically.
This is exactly what I ordered and what I expected. These are manual reset circuit breakers. That way I don't have to worry about removing a fuse from a fuse box to fix a blown circuit. Just press the reset button without having to remove the blown fuse as it is now a resettable circuit breaker.
