Based on my experience, I would not recommend this sweat suit for anyone looking for quality activewear .The fit was tight and uncomfortable, making it difficult to move freely during workouts. The only positive aspect was the decent warmth it provided during cold weather. However, the material was thin and not durable as it started to show wear and tear after just a few uses.
