Pretty solid set of driving gloves. I drive an old manual BMW with a less than perfect heating system, so I needed gloves to keep my hands warm. Looks: nice gloves, I have them in black. They are not as shiny as in the picture, much more subtle. Very retro, got them because my dad has a pair that look almost identical and have kept him for over 20 years. Function: Great for driving, good feeling when shifting gears and pressing buttons. Not too bulky. They do not work with touch screens. It's only been a week but I have a feeling they will last me for years and years. Looks very well cut. Fit: I'm a size tall, 8.5 inches by standard measurements, and the plus sizes are a bit too big for me. Still comfortable to wear. Warmth: My only complaint is that the gloves aren't the warmest. It's been around 15-35 degrees in Southern Pennsylvania for the past week and my hands are a little cold after a 45 minute commute. It's much warmer than wearing nothing. Before I wore cheap Harbor Freight work gloves to keep warm, this is much better. 8/20/16 update - almost 2 years later they are in great shape! The purchase price is fully justified. On the right glove, a small amount of the outer black coating is starting to wear off on the fingers. However, they are in perfect condition and I really can't complain after shifting 20,000 miles with a leather knob.
