Discard the screws.
They fit perfectly in my 26U cab. I had to drill 2 holes for each set but it was cheaper than buying Tripp-lite reels. The hardware that comes with these wheels is useless. Plan ahead and purchase the nuts, bolts, and washers needed for installation.
