I had Brooks, Asics, Mizuno sneakers. I'm not saying it's better than Mizuno because it isn't. I say you get 80% performance for 1/5 the price. So if the last 20% doesn't matter because you're not a company-sponsored Olympic athlete, you might want to try these shoes. The EVA outsole is more durable than the crocodile, but grips better on asphalt, and the insole is very soft, instead of memory foam, more durable. So I think a slightly less durable EVA might make running more comfortable, but it's not a difference worth paying another $120 for. The text on the shoes is hilarious too. always makes for laughs.
