After a long search I found the best amino acid mixture. Most amino acid foods contain only 3 amino acids, e.g. B. a ratio of 4:1:1 or similar. You have 12 different amino acids, and if you've done your homework, you know that the more amino acids, the more complete and faster the recovery. I also spill amino acid powders in my gym bag and love that they come in capsules. The biggest benefit I feel from using them is that I don't feel terribly sore the next day, instead I feel stronger and fresher so I can get back to training when I have a plan. It helps me exercise more and feel better, so I'm looking forward to my next class. It is very important when you are preparing for an event knowing that you have a lot to do after training and you need to train again tomorrow.
