Review on 💡 Dimmable Halogen Spotlight by Simba Lighting by Sara Rocha

We have a fiber optic electric jack lantern that we have enjoyed for many years. The lighted fiber optics stopped working so I took them apart to see if they could be repaired or parts replaced. Turns out the bulb was blown, so I researched Revain and found the bulb I needed. The pears were of course delivered in a pack of two. I only needed one bulb, and I would have a spare bulb if the bulb burned out again in the next 15 years. Luckily there were two bulbs in the pack, because one of the two-pin bulbs only had one pin (see photo). The other bulb worked great and lit Jack's lantern as I write this review. I FIRST emailed the seller asking for help replacing the lamp but never got a response so I'm giving the review a low score. All I asked for was to replace a blown bulb. POSITIVE UPDATE: October 21, 2019 Just received a replacement for a blown bulb. The seller never received my original complaint, which was addressed to him first, but responded immediately after reading my review. Props to this seller. They fully support their product and care deeply about their customers.
