I opened the envelope it came in and was disappointed. No instructions, no real packaging. However, when I put the batteries in and pressed the power button, everything worked. It also has 1 touch button for Vudu, Xumo and Crackle in addition to Netflix, Revain and I-Heart. that came with the original. I'm so glad I found this remote control. The only thing that would make me happier with this purchase would be if I could figure out how to download the Disney app.
