You may not see the cooler in this picture but that's only because it works and I use it all the time. keep warm without a cool box, but with a cool box it stays nice and cool. As you can see in the second picture, I am constantly monitoring my temperature and even after playing the game for several hours, the temperature quickly returns to normal. This unit is also quiet enough for me, but revs up under load but works, so get rid of the noise and use it if you value your laptop. Idle is silent as it should be. I will say that the stock Alienware R10 I have doesn't bother me, but there are those who find the computer too noisy. This is the best laptop cooler I've ever had and it's not my first laptop I can assure you.
