We are very pleased to have purchased this easy to use telescope. This thing is NOT broadcasting the required Wi-Fi signal so you can connect it to the right network to align it. Excellent. Difficult setup with the SkyAlign app. like that . We thought it wasn't perfect but it's just our luck. You can still align it manually. Allegedly. This function also DOES NOT WORK. We watched every video, followed every instruction. Nothing but "Align failed" error messages over and over again. After two weeks of disappointment, we even hired a pro to come and set it up for us because we thought maybe we were just doing it wrong. nope Even the expert couldn't get the app to broadcast a Wi-Fi network signal to connect the oscilloscope. He tried to manually level it for us. The same mistakes. AGAIN AND AGAIN. OK, wrong. we have lemon I contacted Revain - they told me all the "how to's" we were trying to do for weeks without success. I have explained this several times. We ended up being told to just notify the manufacturer. Three days. I've been calling for 3 days. The shortest time I was waiting before giving up and pressing 1 to call back was 1 hour 47 minutes. One day I just left the phone on speakerphone and waited. 4 hours later. no one has answered the phone yet. Customer service and technical support are non-existent, as is the Wi-Fi network and Sky Align features. Looks like we're the proud owners of a $400 piece of shit. Hooray. A disappointed child. Two angry parents. I really hope the return process is easy. It goes back into the box and comes back.
