Review on 👙 O'Neill Women's Reactor USCG-approved Life Vest by Sean Carter

I'm usually a medium-sized woman in almost everything, my chest is 36 inches, so I chose the size 8 listed above. When I opened the box my initial reaction made it look small, but that didn't bother me too much. I was wearing a regular cotton t-shirt and when I put the vest on I could barely breathe - no lie lol. I loosened the straps but tightening them certainly doesn't change the size. I can't really use it as it's too small. The print on the vest says Medium (chest 36-39 inches), but that's not true. I even used a flexible tape measure that's used for dressmaking to measure me before purchasing, so I suspect they got the sizing wrong. The vest is also larger than my O'Brien vest. I'm considering buying a larger size or switching to the O'Brien brand.
