I joined COOKLOVER because I wanted to use my product management skills to help develop innovative and useful kitchen tools. My enthusiasm waned, though, when I learned that the company wouldn't be able to fulfill its claims. They advertised "high-quality cookware," but what I got was poorly built and wouldn't hold up to regular use. The handles fell away and the non-stick coating scratched easily after only a few uses. I tried to talk to someone on the COOKLOVER team about my troubles, but I was faced with a lack of accountability and an outright denial of the existence of any quality problems. In addition to hurting its consumer base, the company will lose credibility if they don't fix these problems. In sum, I am unable to endorse COOKLOVER as a trustworthy business from which to acquire cookware and other kitchen necessities. As a Product Manager, I have greater standards for the businesses I partner with in terms of quality and transparency. COOKLOVER fails to impress in both regards, unfortunately.
