Review on 1000-Pound Capacity Power Squat Rack - Kicode Heavy Duty Multi-Function Home Gym Exercise Bench Press Weightlifting Workout Station by David Hayden

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Solid rack that will open up a ton of options for you

Things I like:-Rack is stable and sturdy-Installation was straightforward. You will want a 17mm socket (or impact driver) to speed up the tightening part. Remember not to tighten it all up until the end. If you are taller and use your head a bit, you can probably build it yourself. If you're not handy at all you'll probably want a 2nd person.-This is comparable to the Fitness Reality 810XLT power cage (some slight differences) which has a lot more videos and reviews out there to check out. Also, it should be compatible with all the accessories Fitness Reality makes.-The lat pulldown is nice and adds a lot of options to your workout. You could also get different attachments if you wanted (it comes with two) for the lat pull-down.-I am 6'3 220lbs (novice-intermediate lifter) and am comfortable doing pull-ups/squats/bench/overhead press/barbell rows with this.Neutral/Negative/Things to be aware of:-The lat pulldown is designed to work with standard (1" weights). However, you can put olympic weights on just fine they just will sit a bit funny, or they make collars that will convert it for olympic weights.-The lat pulldown will make the footprint bigger.-The holes are not super close together, so you may not get the 100% perfect position for a bench. For me it is close enough.-The box it came in was smashed on the corner, but everything was inside with no damage.-Mine was missing a hole for 1 stabilizer bolt (the ones that hold it in place while you are building it, before you tighten it down) but it didn't really matter as it was bolted in so many other places (2 more right next to it).
