I was skeptical and advised my husband not to throw the box away. Just in case it was a piece of junk. Well, I leave the box, but only to store the cupcake in it so it doesn't get scratched. I posted a photo of coffee muffin cupcakes I made. I thought this was a real test - dirty melted crumbs everywhere. You can't see it in the photo but all the cupcakes were the same size! They look professional (the icing can't be seen in the photo because they're still too hot). Even though I had batter and crumbs all over it, cleaning was easier than. BRIGHT! I literally took my 6 inch silicone pastry brush and swept away all the mess - NOTHING stuck. I used cake paper and it was perfect. I wanted to try the recipe from scratch because cake batter is denser. I told Alexa to start the 7 minute timer after I filled the cups and closed the lid. It took longer to put the sprinkles on the dough than to bake it! Recommended for anyone who wants to make life easier for themselves. Also a great gift idea!
