Broken/damaged screen straight out of the box.
It's SHOCKING how poor quality Samsung has gotten. I am a repeat customer who has purchased EIGHT Samsung TVs in the last 12 months, 6 of them in the last month. Half of them were damaged or broken within a month. The attached video shows the screen of this nearly $10,000 85 inch TV! As a single mom, I paid someone $150 to unpack and set up the booth just to find this. I saw this upon unboxing but thought it was the plastic screen cover.
