These are light weight, but they are overpriced. having recieved them, tightened them up they are nowhere near as durable and safe as shimano's for agressive off roading, at maximum tension i am always coming out of the cleat. For me they were dangerous on anything above category 2. I trusted the advertising and they werent as good as my deore ball bearing cleats.I am not sure these are the premium model offered by the brand either since they seem to have more servicable offerings
