I bought this pair of adidas shoes because I was looking for something durable that would be suitable for the rainy season. It works great on roads and uneven surfaces. Fits good. Looks great. The outsole is also very hard-wearing and shows hardly any signs of wear even after a few months. The laces were long but that's ok. However, on a wet flat surface it was very, very slippery. They don't perform well in the rainy season compared to my other non-slip running shoes. At first I thought I had to 'burn in' the soles but that wasn't the case and I had just sprained my foot and had very painful swelling in my big toe for the next few days. I will say that I don't think it's very safe to use on rainy rainy days.
