So happy I found this product!
I was skeptical of some of the other reviews that said they noticed a difference after one use. But I did! In earnest. Very subtle, but still a difference. I don't think it's too rough. I apply quite a bit in a cup or napkin, wet the brush and dip in the charcoal. I find if I use too much it's very dry in my mouth, another reason to use a little. This capacity will last for a long time! My teeth are visibly whiter in less than 10 applications!
