Small but Big Performance

My setup: Titan Full King cabin + 14ft high cargo trailer = 34ft total length First, it's a 5 inch screen. Let me catch my breath and move on. I promise I won't talk about it again. Mounting: I installed the camera in the back of my trailer with the radio hanging from the side of the antenna. And as you can see from my photo, I have the receiver right next to my 7" DoHonesBest system with 3 1080p cameras. Inside of course. Installation was very easy - screw the camera in place with screws and zip ties or plug in a wireless module First Impressions The camera is small and since the wireless module is separate it is light! You get MANY items for different connection types and lengths. What is good 1.Signal Strength - Incredibly smooth and 4 lanes! The event is 34 feet long and tall in the cabin. This was without ANY antenna extension 2. Price factor - $90 is a good deal I don't think you will find anything like this for that price 3. Easy installation - from mounting it on the camera to the receiver everything was very easy I have mine hooked up in less than an hour. The lens is NOT A FISHEYE! This is a regular lens so your depth perception and distance estimation will be accurate and will fill in the rating. But it was really good in pitch black time. What is not good1. For the slow speed, the image quality was really good. Once I exceeded 30mph I could see interlaced lines in the image. I'm guessing signal degradation. Again at 34 feet, that's a big improvement.2. The menu control is on the back. So you can only make changes when you are parked. And a little uncomfortable to reach behind. The magnet holder kept sending me the handset back. What is missing? LCD display size. Maybe a 7 inch would be better. The menu buttons are best placed on the front. I definitely missed the SD-CARD but I suspect it will hit the price point so I'll skip it. Summary: For $90, this model performs as expected. for a long installation. I'm sure it will suit your needs. You can't go wrong with this purchase. If you're on a bigger budget, check out the Full HD, 3-camera version.
