I bought these bottles specifically to hold carbonated hard cider. Initially, the results were great. However, as the months went on, I noticed less and less carbonation in the cider. After six months, there is no carbonation left in any of the bottles of hard cider. While they do not leak liquid and seem to be decent quality, the seal will not hold carbonation more than a few months at most.

These are awesome for the price and one reviewer is correct, they are coated in red, not actual red glass. I mean you get what you pay for. So with all things considered, I am for the most part happy. BUT, I had one shatter in transit. They didn't/don't package these well enough to endure transit unscathed. they wrap each bottle in thin bubble wrap and then plastic wrap all six together, put in box just the size to JUST fit the six bottles, then put in a much bigger box without any filling…

A lot of the bottles were scratched up. One was banged up pretty bad and unusable. Bubbles in the glass, as well. We are using them for gifts so the aesthetic was important. Bummed we lost a few. Very sturdy though.UPDATE:After my review, the seller reached out and offered a full refund. Giving a third star for customer support and satisfaction. I like anyone that stands by their product.

We purchased a 12 pack of these in March of 2021 for our mead. They’re great bottles and very sturdy. They survived a weekend at renfest being passed around to drunk strangers and have held up for over a year in dark storage letting our mead do it’s meady thing. Actually about to purchase a second box of 12 so we can have multiple batches going!

Nice bottles, strong, good seal. However, the seller changed the deal and halved the quantity for the same price, so not worth it anymore

These aren't bad, but the coating will leak off of it and stain the surface below it. This happened even after a ride through the dishwasher. They seem to be alright now, but beware of the first few uses. They haven't lost any color, they still look awesome.

I was disappointed to discover that the glass is painted. The paint came off with my transfer tape when applying stickers.

The blue is coming off the bottles. If you hold them up to the light you can see the coloring fadind The pint size may be too small for those who prefer to share their brews!

The bottles are great. Just the right size for my project. However, I was disappointed because 4 bottles were broken upon arrival.

Bottle holds up great, thick glass. The only issue I ran into is tipping it over when there is a liquid inside. It will leak out of the top.

Washed bottles in dish soap and hot water. One bottle lost its color on the bottom and partially up the sides. Dish water began clear but turned pink while washing red bottles. To give benefit of doubt, I re-washed the bottles using clean, clear water and dish soap. Again the red dye came off in the dishwater and turned it pink. Returning to Ebay.

Dropped one on my toe as soon as I tried to take them out of the box. It hurt but it didn't break (the bottle or my toe). They're a little bigger than 1L but they're good quality. I'll be buying more since I use them to sell coquito.

These are the perfect bottles for making Solar water! Beautiful bottle just to serve water or any beverage at your table! Love these!

Liked the price and pretty color. Did not like that some of the color peeled off after running it through the dishwasher.

1st package, 1st bottle pulled out, dirty and used. Drips on inside of bottle. Replaced. Next box. Dirty- again! Or the amber coloring is very poor quality. Returned and ordered different better product.

I bought these to bottle beer but the seals didn’t work and the gas escaped from my beer. I wrote a review on Ebay and the vendor, very quickly, contacted me wanting to make things right. They did.The product didn’t work for my needs. I’d give it a one star review.The vendor, I’d give them a five star review.

Disappointed that one of the bottles is cracked on the inside. That is super dangerous. We use this as gifts every year for limoncello and now we are down one. They are usually great bottles and the rest are fine. Someone should just inspect the bottles before shipment
