These are awesome for the price and one reviewer is correct, they are coated in red, not actual red glass. I mean you get what you pay for. So with all things considered, I am for the most part happy. BUT, I had one shatter in transit. They didn't/don't package these well enough to endure transit unscathed. they wrap each bottle in thin bubble wrap and then plastic wrap all six together, put in box just the size to JUST fit the six bottles, then put in a much bigger box without any filling what-so-ever, resulting in the smaller box to just fly around all up in the bigger box. It's okay, I recycled the broken bottle.
