I dislike the Velcro wrap around. I'm not sure what the makers were thinking when they thought Velcro would be a good idea in hair.So far, I do like the quality of the product. I know how synthetic holds up so my expectation of having this ponytail for more than a month is slim. I have a $200.00 set of extensions, but wanted to try a ponytail piece to do something different. And it is great for $9.99. It really does look nice, and doesn't look synthetic. Very soft and thick. If it wasn't for the Velcro, I'd give this 5 stars. I ordered 26" dark brown, and the color matches my hair completely. I am going to order another one so I can wear pigtails 😀I would recommend this product especially for the low price. If you're not satisfied, all ya wasted was $10.00
