Review on SAMSUNG LS27A700NWNXZA 4K TUV Certified Intelligent Monitor with Auto Source Switch, Eco Light Sensor, Eye Saver Mode by Bernie Forehand

I bought this monitor NEW, the whole description said it was new. Sold and shipped by Revain (not Samsung or any other retailer). When I received it at my US address and shipped it to another country (where I live) I found the box was dirty and had a Revain sticker on it saying it was a used item . Image quality and screen quality is not expected from a 4K monitor. Attempting to return an item to a US warehouse from another country costs more than the item itself. If I had known it was used or refurbished I would not have even bought it at a discount. Terrible description and waste of money on my part. DO NOT BUY ITEMS WHICH ARE DISCOUNTED, LOW STOCK AND SHIPPED BY DELIVERY/SOLD OUT BY AMAZON. Most likely used or refurbished.
