    Great picture...seriously, not for gaming.

    The brightness had to be fiddled with a bit so that it was as bright as possible and still dark. It flickers and is really not suitable for gaming. The brightness is automatically adjusted depending on the input. Really annoying. Good for office photo editing and that says it all.

    Okay, I should have listened to Ravi's review.

    So yeah, this thing flickers like CRAZY. Brand new, and broke 10 times on day one as per Ravi's review. I didn't even understand what kind of power cord is on the back and how it works. Also, this thing is SUPER dim, even at max brightness it seems to be 50%. I usually like Samsung products but this one is a failure.

    Good for the price - my new review

    The monitor is quite decent for its price. Compared to a high-end monitor (starting at $1.5k), colors and sharpness aren't as good. To use it as a 4K business monitor without the need for gaming, wide color gamut and/or high refresh rates, it does the job perfectly.     Pretty good after applying the scaling

    I have good eyesight, but 4k on a screen this size makes text too small to read comfortably unless you zoom in a bit. Windows is pretty good at doing this automatically, and you can do it manually in the KDE Control Center.     Netflix 4k: my review

    I bought this monitor to watch 4K Netflix shows. The monitor was originally connected to the display port. set to 3840x2160, 60hz. The 4k logo does not appear on some shows that I know are 4k shows. My LG Ultrafine 4k 22md4k 21.5 monitor shows 4k logos for 4k videos. I almost gave up watching shows in 4k because of this monitor. Then I connected to the HDMI port. Setting 3840x2160, 60Hz. 4k shows only work with HDMI connection. so pretty happy ending.

    The screen is too dark even at 100% brightness/contrast

    I like the size and look of this monitor, but when watching a movie or game in a dark room, it's impossible to see. None of the settings make a noticeable difference. I even tried changing the game's internal settings but to no avail. As the saying goes, this happens with movies too. I'm writing this review in the middle of the movie because I can't see anything!

    Not the best and the seller sucks.

    This unit has been refurbished and is not height adjustable. After the first delay from the supplier I tried to cancel but the supplier won't allow it. Not good shipping information. Samsung has the same device at the moment but 32 inches for 299, which is a better deal. That's why I bought an adjustable stand for this device.

    Keep using monitors

    Order this and the first monitor arrived repackaged. Opened it up and the screen was scratched and the parts were obviously used. Replacement requested and the second monitor also arrived repackaged and the plugs were used, even without plugging it in it was obvious it wasn't new. Sent it back and went to Bestbuy to get it in person.

    I like the picture quality and the screen refresh rate, especially when gaming. I also like how easy it is to change settings for different environments. The eye care settings are amazing, now I can code and play for hours without feeling too much. Unfortunately, from what I've said, I don't find it worth the price I paid for it.
