It's just a piece of fabric with a very bad stitching.

Tasteless quality product. It's just a piece of cut fabric with very poor seam fastening, buttons are hardly fastened in an awkward position, fasteners don't work, the pattern is cheap. Not worth the money he's asking, avoid. Get it from the dime store for $1 or less.
