Baby loves it but not quite what I was hoping for

My 10 month old loves it. It is soft and light and feels comfortable in the hand. My first reaction when I opened it up was that it didn't fill up into a full ball, it's a little lumpy but maybe that softens it up when it hits. Child. Also, it's not entirely correct, which I don't think the kid (and their parents) are aware of, but I still think it should be right, especially considering the price.
