So although I love and customize this case and get compliments all the time I give it 4 stars instead of 5 and here's why. It is very easy to put a hard shell on the laptop, the carrying case is very soft and soft, with a zippered compartment for the charger and sundries, and the keyboard protection is good. However, I've only been using it for 3 months and there's already a small chip on the side and I've never bumped into it or dropped anything on it. I only had a chip in the old case after more than 6 months of use. I really like the design and feel and I hope it doesn't get another crack or chip so my rating is 4 stars instead of 5.
