I've had severe pain in my shoulder for the past few months and I've been to the doctor at the same time. Well, went to Amazon, found this product and said I'd give it a try because I've tried everything else and nothing else works for a night in bed. It stays on high heat for an hour and a half. With med Heat it takes about 2 hours. The battery itself is fully charged in about 3-4 hours. The shoulder strap is adjustable and fits nicely. This keeps you mobile even if you have a few last things to do before you go to bed. Definitely a good buy.
