Ideal for small spaces

I don't have much extra space and the thought of putting an ironing board somewhere scared me. I didn't have to iron until recently, so that wasn't a problem. However, I've decided to take on a few sewing projects and that requires quite a bit of ironing. I was looking for a mini ironing board before I came across this gem. It's perfect for the job. When folded, it fits in a box or on a shelf. I tried it as soon as I received it and am very satisfied. My kitchen island has a quartzite countertop and is often the only horizontal surface not filled with things. It kept my quartzite completely cold while I ironed the fabric. It's small so I had to adjust it a lot, but that's not the fault of the article. In fact, the size is one of the reasons it's so perfect. In short, if you're short on space and can find a flat surface that's not filled with things, it can do the work of an ironing board.
