As soon as you prepare to measure the the length to cut, you can see air appear in various areas, and watch it move across the paper. Because if the material, it will leave a permanent mark that you can't smooth out. I've never seen contact paper do this. It could be old contact paper. I am so disappointed that before I even remove the paper, before I even cut it, air pockets already form that I cannot smoth out once I peel back the paper. I wanted to notify the seller to credit me for at least one roll so that I wouldn't have to leave this review, but no option was available. It's beautiful, but air entering the peel back paper before you can even measure it, makes it difficult to create a smooth surface once you peel it back. It literally looked as if an insect was crawling under the contact paper as it created air pockets across the paper. Again, all I did was take it out of the box and prepare to measure it when air pockets travelled between the peel back and the contact paper. So disappointed. Adhesion is good, but what good does adhesion do if you have lumps in various places that you are unable to smooth away?
