The ability to connect with them via mobile is great -- I always get texts back promptly from my Agent! They've built-in features like texting multiple people at once if you're trying to organize/schedule something over text messaging vs just sending one message per person individually. It's easy enough to create your own scripts using their API as well but this can be time consuming & costly. Also sometimes it doesn't work when we try to send certain types of messages so please test before use!! Have been very happy since they implemented us into SMS marketing last year - no longer have any trouble managing contacts by number now :).
